All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking numbers are typically provided within 3 business days of your order being placed.

In some cases, tracking updates may take several additional days to appear within the carrier's system after the tracking number has been issued.

If you have not received tracking information after 5 business days, please contact our support team.


SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days.

However, international shipping times may occasionally be affected by:

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Morenza is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.


LOST PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within 50 days of shipment, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.

Packages confirmed as lost by the carrier may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.


DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Morenza is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages
  • Missing packages after confirmed delivery
  • Delivery issues resulting from unsafe delivery locations

Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery disputes whenever applicable.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Depending on your country or region, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Morenza has no control over customs procedures or associated fees.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be modified or canceled before they enter processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.
